Silk Painting Workshop on October 23rd-SIGN UP NOW!

Teens and tweens in Conway are encouraged to sign up for a silk painting workshop at the Conway Public Library on Saturday, October 23rd. Artist Jay Rancourt will teach us how to paint on silk. Each student will be given a silk scarf, materials and instructions on how to create a beautiful scarf for wearing or displaying on a wall. Additional scarves will cost $7. per scarf and students will have time to create a maximum of 3 scarves.

What: Silk Scarf Painting for Teens and Tweens
When: October 23rd, 10 am- 3 pm (All day so bring your lunch and snacks!)
Where: Conway Public Library - Ham Community Room
Who: Anyone in 6th grade or older BUT not an adult!
Why: Why not? This is a great workshop and you may have some nice gifts when done.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS NECCESSARY! Call the library at 447. 5552 to sign up.
